 　私は言語聴覚士として経験を積んできました。臨床では自宅に戻った失語症を含む高次脳機能障害の人たちが復職し就労を継続することの困難さや地域の中でつながっていくことのハードルの高さを感じました。病気の後遺症としてコミュニケーション障害が残存する人たちへの支援と彼らを受け入れる企業や地域へ働きかけるための研究を遂行しています。



　また高次脳機能障害の人たちの「参加」の場を創出できるよう地域づくりにも取り組んでいます。
